Tech Affinity (Must-Have)

You need to understand what our clients build (Software, AI, Engineering). A technical background or strong technical interest is mandatory so you can communicate at eye level.

Digital Native & AI-Ready

We use the latest tools and AI for everything. Our motto: if you have to do it twice, it gets automated. You should feel comfortable in a high-tech tooling environment and not cling to Excel spreadsheets from 1990.

Resilient

We're growing fast. Processes change. You need a mindset that loves dynamics and finds solutions independently.

Pay for Performance

Freelancer? Send us your invoice. Location irrelevant. Employed/working student? Sure, but you need a work permit for an Austrian company.
